Sunday Gospels

Fr Adrian Graffy, Biblical scholar and appointed by Pope Francis as a member of Pontifical Biblical Commission, has written a series of reflections for each Sunday’s gospel. Each week’s reflection is available to download as a PDF file, which you are free to print and make available in your parish. Fr Adrian is parish priest of Gidea Park in the diocese of Brentwood.

Please note: Not all the Sundays of Ordinary Time will be used in a given year. Some will fall because of the adjustment to facilitate Lent and Easter. Others will be replaced by Solemnities and Feasts of the Lord which take precedence over the regular Sunday celebration. Reflections on these Solemnities and Feasts are given under the title ‘Ordinary Time’ above the complete list of numbered Sundays.
